Really, it has been 6 YEARS since the LAST UPDATE. In short, I am very disappointed about 's approach to updating their software in a timely fashion.

Faxes sent to multiple numbers simultaneously (such as a fax copy to yourself) cannot be performed. You cannot drag and drop files to attachment section. The software is very basic compared to the current Windows version. Even though the software will install, IT WILL NOT SEND FAXES. The Mac version of eFax Messenger 3.1.10 does not work on Intel based Macs, and so will not work on any current Mac running Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. The Windows version took over a year before the 64 bit Vista/Windows 7 version was finally updated.
